Words are the product.
Not the branding. Not the design. Not the channel. The words. When someone reads your homepage and leaves to buy from a competitor, the words did not do their job. When someone receives an email and does not open it, the subject line failed. When a sales page generates traffic and no revenue, the copy is the problem. We built this studio around a single conviction: words that fail are expensive, and words that work are the most scalable asset a business can produce.
Good copy starts with good thinking.
The writing itself is fast. The thinking that precedes it takes time. Who is the reader? What do they already believe? What objection will they have at line three? What is the one thing they need to hear to take the next step? We answer those questions before we write a single headline. That is why our first drafts tend to be close. It is not because we are fast. It is because we are thorough before we start.
Brevity is earned, not forced.
The right copy is exactly as long as it needs to be. Sometimes that is two lines. Sometimes it is 3,000 words. The mistake most businesses make is either cutting copy until it says nothing or writing at length without saying anything of substance. We write to communicate. If the communication happens in a sentence, the sentence is right. If it requires seven paragraphs, seven paragraphs it is.
Revision is part of the work.
We do not present first drafts as final work. The first draft is a starting point for conversation. We write notes explaining why we made specific choices. You read with fresh eyes and tell us what does not land. We revise until the copy works. The revision rounds in each plan are not a limit on how much we care. They are a structure that keeps projects moving. If something is wrong, we fix it. That is not subject to a round count.
Delivery dates are promises, not estimates.
We do not confirm projects and then give you a range. We confirm a project and give you a date. If something changes on our end, we tell you immediately and reset expectations. We have never missed a delivery date without warning. We plan to keep that record.
We work in two languages.
English and French. Both natively. For bilingual projects, we write both versions ourselves rather than translating one from the other. The English version is written for English readers. The French version is written for French readers. They communicate the same thing in the way that works for each audience.
