Terms of Service

1. Parties

1click Copywriter, 38 Route de Marbeuf, 27110 Saint-Aubin-d'Ecrosville, Eure, France (the Studio) and the client placing an order (the Client). These terms are governed by French law.

2. Services

We provide copywriting services including website copy, email sequences, sales pages, brand messaging, ad copy, and product descriptions. All services are delivered digitally by email.

3. Orders and payment

Orders placed through the website via Stripe secure checkout. Client confirms they are at least 18 years of age.

4. Delivery timelines

• Spark plan: 5 business days (up to 1,500 words)
• Voice plan: 10 business days (up to 5,000 words)
• Signature plan: 21 business days (all deliverables)
• Rush 48h add-on: 72 hours for projects up to 2,000 words

5. Revisions

2 rounds included on Spark; unlimited on Voice and Signature. Revision notes must be specific and actionable.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the delivered copy transfer to Client upon full payment.

7. Governing law

French law. Jurisdiction of the courts of Evreux, Eure, France.
